Standard Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund—free of charge. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns Process (Excluding Black Friday and Other Promotions)

To initiate a return, email us at support@aovop.com to request a return label. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product along with your order number to support@aovop.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Missing Items

If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us at support@aovop.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and include your order number.
