Order Delivery Timeline

Order delivery consists of two key stages:

Processing Time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Once payment is confirmed, all orders are typically sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours.

Shipping Time: This refers to the actual transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

Australia & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

UK & Europe
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

Other Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–5 weeks

Shipping Options

Insured Shipping: If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost—provided sufficient proof is provided.

Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is prioritized daily in the queue sent to our manufacturers. Please note that due to order volume, delivery times may still align with Standard Shipping estimates. This option also includes full insurance coverage.

Important Notes

  • Split Shipments: Some items may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations and may arrive at different times.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow a few days to a week for tracking information to become available. We recommend using a third-party tracking service like 17track.net to monitor your order.

  • International Delivery: Delivery to certain countries may take longer than the estimates provided above.

  • High-Volume Periods: During peak order periods, shipping may experience delays. Rest assured, we're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible—without compromising on product quality. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Changes

Need to make a change to your order? Please email us at support@aovop.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll do our best to assist. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please double-check your size and color selections before checkout.
